By accessing the website you shall be deemed to have accepted these terms.  if you do not accept these terms, you should immediately cease using the website.

Montreaux may modify these terms at any time, any such modifications are effective immediately from the time they are included on the website. You agree to review these terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any such modifications.

References to “Montreaux” mean Montreaux Limited and its subsidiaries (inclusive of but not limited to Montreaux Homes, Montreaux Luxe, Montreaux London, Montreaux Group, Montreaux Design & Build), registered in England and Wales under company number 08867774, whose registered office address is at Montreaux House, The Hythe, Staines-Upon-Thames, England, TW18 3JQ.

While Montreaux endeavours to ensure that the Website is continuously available 24 hours a day, Montreaux shall not be liable if for any reason the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.

3. Intellectual property

The copyright and all other intellectual property rights (including but not limited to database rights, trade marks, design rights and domain names in all cases whether registered or not) in all materials included on the Website (including without limitation, designs, texts, pictures, graphics, statistics, logos, images and the selection and arrangement of them) and all software in the Website belong to Montreaux or its licensors.  All rights are reserved.
