While Montreaux endeavours to ensure that the Website is continuously available 24 hours a day, Montreaux shall not be liable if for any reason the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.

The data held within this website is intended for persons who are interested in purchasing property from Montreaux in the UK. No liability will be accepted for visitors of the Website who are from the UK or any other jurisdiction who view this data for any other reason.
